Serving as the copywriter and proofreader, Mallory Smith spends many of her hours at Rockfish enhancing all of the literature produced by the company. She also assists clients in implementing search engine marketing strategies, and provides guidance for every phase of the search marketing process, from initial planning to execution. Mallory worked on the Razorback Yearbook staff at the University of Arkansas, serving as the editor-in-chief for the 2007 annual. Leading a staff of 20, she developed her writing skills while gaining excellent experience in project management and leadership. Upon graduation, she accepted an intern position at the Walton Arts Center where she was given the opportunity to write feature stories for several local magazines. It is these experiences that prepared her for her position at Rockfish Interactive – writing press releases, Web copy and company documents. Mallory received her bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in marketing from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
