The North American Mission Board (NAMB) has selected Rockfish Interactive to develop and implement a major augmentation of its people groups project. While the pilot project has provided limited access to users in the state of Georgia, the planned expansion through Rockfish Interactive will broaden the project’s reach to include access for churches in all of North America including Canada. In addition, the augmented database will be supported by an improved user interface and will automate the project’s business processes in order to increase efficiencies. The expansion project is scheduled for rollout in early 2007.
The Fort Smith Regional Airport has selected Rockfish Interactive to build its new flight information display system. Rockfish Interactive assisted the airport earlier this year with development of a new branding initiative that included a sleek new logo and a regional ad campaign. The airport’s flight information display system, or FIDS, will offer traditional departure and arrival information for each of the airport's 2 carriers while supporting the updated brand through a customized interface. In addition, the system offers "at a glance" information like current weather conditions at the destination and enables the airport to offer and manage advertising space on many of the system's 12 monitors throughout the airport. The new FIDS project is scheduled for completion and rollout before the end of the year. See the marketing campaign.
Rockfish Interactive announces the full launch of its newest product, Fourthbook.com; a customizable management application focused on the specific needs of start-up and small to midsize churches. The completely web-based application was released via a soft launch in early September with limited Search Engine Marketing support, but the response from initial users has been overwhelmingly positive. Fourthbook.com eases the often time-consuming burden of managing congregational membership and financial giving while providing secure access to the program wherever Internet service is available. Fourthbook.com also provides an economical means of collecting data, generating reports, and communicating via the Internet with prospective and current church members and associates.
