Rockfish Interactive Launches Website for Slaughter Pen Hollow Mountain Bike Trails

Posted by Kenny Tomlin on Friday, June 22, 2007 in Project Launch

This website is possibly our most young and “hip” site to date! With its vintage look and wilderness appeal it screams “energy” and "creativity!" Using Flash to the fullest this site gives directions to Slaughter Pen Hollow, includes maps of the various trails and freeride park, and has general information about the park and events. Photos and video of the trails are also included!

Nathan Woodruff, one of the Slaughter Pen trail architects states, “It’s a top notch Web site that truly represents the progressive Mountain Bike world. It’s a site that appeals to everyone and is easy to navigate.”

Crystal Bridges at the Massey Microsite Launches

Posted by Kenny Tomlin on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 in Project Launch

Rockfish Interactive recently launched massey.crystalbridges.org – a new site dedicated to the temporary exhibit space for the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Rockfish is launching this new site to promote and give ongoing information about the temporary exhibit hall for the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.  This site includes current information about the exhibits, lectures and children’s classes that are happening and will be coming to the historic Massey building. Crystal Bridges at the Massey dovetails the recent launch of the crystalbridges.org website.

“Our two websites are critical communications and audience-building tools for Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art as we prepare for our opening in 2009,” said Bob Workman, Executive Director of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.  “They are our primary means of not only keeping potential visitors informed, but of serving the overall information needs about this major museum project at the national and international levels.  The administration functions are very user friendly, which makes the web our most dynamic information tool.”

Posted by Kenny Tomlin on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 in Project Launch

Rockfish Interactive, working in partnership with Mitchell Communications, recently launched www.Crystalbridges.org. The new site features flash animation, a powerful Media section and the ability to post blogs to keep those interested in the activities at Crystal Bridges up-to-date. For those interested in future volunteer or staff positions, the site will allow people to directly register that interest with Crystal Bridges. With construction in progress, the site will include current photos of the ongoing changes at the building site. Also, the site will be a portal to the activities about to commence in Bentonville when Crystal Bridges opens its intermediate site at the Massey building on the 16th of June! Please take a minute to visit this new and innovative website!

Crystal Bridges Museum is envisioned as a premier national art institution dedicated to American art and artists. Under construction in Bentonville, Ark., the museum complex will encompass approximately 100,000 square feet of gallery, library, meeting and office space, a 250-seat indoor auditorium, areas for outdoor concerts and public events, as well as sculpture gardens and walking trails.
