Rockfish is growing and so is our accounting team. Right now it's a "team" of one. We are searching for an accounting associate/ analyst with a few years of experience to work on the following:
- Prepare monthly invoices for billing.
- Enter and process payments for account payables.
- Complete accounting transactions by verifying and correcting transaction information, posting to journals, and obtaining authorizations.
- Post, verify, and reconcile account receivables. Monitor account receivables to ensure payments are received in a timely manner.
- Maintain payroll for 40+ employees by collecting, calculating, and entering data into QuickBooks payroll and running payroll on a biweekly basis.
- Reconcile banking accounts monthly.
- Verify general ledger accounts by reconciling transactions, investigating, and resolving discrepancies.
